Lawler Place
Built in 1967, is located at 141 South Pine Road, Lewistown and consists of 84 units. The Housing Authority Administrative Building is located in Lawler Place.
Burgard Apartments
Completed in 1972, Burgard Apartments is located at 120 Chestnut Street, Lewistown, and is a five-story building containing 60 apartments; the majority of which are efficiency and one-bedroom.
Goss Terrace
MCHA also owns and manages Goss Terrace – a USDA development consisting of 20 duplex buildings. Goss Terrace is located just below McCoy Manor, at the western end of Fifth Street, Lewistown.
McCoy Manor
Built in 1967, located on the West end of town in Lewistown the McCoy Manor consists of 76 units.
Coleman House
Built as a hotel in 1870 in downtown Lewistown, the Coleman House underwent a $3 million renovation when the Housing Authority purchased the building in 1992. Coleman House contains 40 apartments + 6 DCA apartments.
